I would highly suggest trying this place out!There are some snobby reviews but honestly, it's a small little ol' cafe with really good food and a great atmosphere in the morning.The staff is warm and welcoming as well!The croffle was great, the smoked salmon and Avo was wonderful and the oolong tea was really good as well.

Delightful cosy eatery in East Victoria Park serving awesome toasties (check out the fillings) and desserts. Had a great time there with Wise Woman (my wife) but this time it was Mini Wise Woman (my daughter) who suggested this place - I’m glad to have two wise women in my life who love food. M Town is located near Bunnings and opposite Aldi and parking was easy to find in the nearby areas. Definitely recommended!

This is my first time trying the Korean toasts so they are so yummy and filling with fluffy eggs and cheese pull. The bingsu is so pretty with the macarons. I love to try the loaded fries and the others next time.

Overall food and drink was a great. Its very filling and tasty. The only thing i would say that is lacking is the fries. It needs to be crunchy. Somehow its a little bit soggy. The bread is soft and the meat is great. I prefer the chicken compared to the beef. Drinks is also fresh. Pretty good place to chill out.

Saw the post on Instagram and decided to check this place. The fluffy egg toastie was good and filled with lots of protein (bbq chicken/beef bulgogi). The iced drinks is refreshing during summer days!

Drinks is boring. Coffee taste just average. Overcooked chips. Terrible service ever especially the one female who working in the kitchen is inhospitable at all. Toasties is quite good tho. Overrated overall.I always like to leave positive reviews to restaurants, but sorry not this.

Super impressed with the bulgogi beef fluffy egg toastie. Not only was it delicious, the bread is revolutionary, it is one slice of chunky bread with an opening in the middle where the filling goes! Perfect for people like me who are messy eaters… I also drank the pineapple sparkling ade and it was amazing. The cafe itself is located off the street and I had to use maps to find it, worth it! Friendly staff too. I’ll be back to try more toasties before I leave Perth…

high tea with my friend herebeautiful cafe, a nice spot for high tea in VP arealarge varieties of macarons, cannot move my eyes from these colorful babies, bought on box home. I like Korean macarons with more fillings.we ordered bingsu and croffle. Both of them are tasty and in good presentation.
